Gender Journey is a UK based digital platform providing a calm, private and secure space for individuals exploring or undergoing gender transition.

It brings together health tracking, transition milestones, and practical tools; such as medication management, blood test tracking, Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) application support and so much more into one simple, easy-to-use place.

The platform also includes innovative features like AI-powered voice training to help users build confidence in their voice, alongside personal timelines for photos, diary entries, and progress tracking.

Designed with lived experience at its core, Gender Journey empowers people to manage their wellbeing, document their journey, and access support in a way that is safe, affirming, and entirely their own.
